Chakra Meditation – Getting the Right Balance

Researchers posit that life is a cycle of emotions and feelings. This is because the many things we do in life bring out different emotions. Sometimes emotions can lead to stress in life. If this chakra is balanced, the result is that our confidence is boosted, we become energetic and generally more productive. On the other hand, an imbalanced solar plexus chakra can cause insecurities, procrastinations, reduced energy levels and digestive problems. The most central chakra is the heart chakra which is green in color. It is located within the heart and is responsible for love and affection. Your love and spiritual affairs are good if it is balanced. If blocked, you will feel lonely and have chest pains.

Located in the throat, the blue colored throat chakra is responsible for communication. A balanced throat chakra leads to clear communication Lack of balance leads to anxiety and tension. On the other hand, the third eye chakra is indigo in color and located on the forehead. Our communication with the universe is good if it is balanced. If not, anxiety, headaches and depression may occur.

The last chakra is the crown chakra which is violet in color. It is located at the top of the head and is responsible for open-mindedness when it comes to divine guidance if it is balanced.
